Terms

Last updated November 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of babafox.com and the BabaFox games, including Ballpark and Letter Burn. By playing, you agree to them.

Playing the games

The games are free to play for personal fun. You don't need an account. Please play fair and don't try to break, overload or interfere with the site or games, or with other people's enjoyment of them.

Puzzles and answers

We work hard to make every question and puzzle accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you spot one in Ballpark, use the report option in the game and we'll look into it. Scores, streaks and stats are just for fun and have no value outside the games.

Your saved progress

Progress is saved on your device. If your browser data is cleared, you switch devices, or something goes wrong, your progress may be lost. We can't recover it for you.

Our content

The games, puzzles, artwork, the BabaFox name and the fox character belong to BabaFox. You're welcome to share your scores and results. Please don't copy the games or their puzzles to publish elsewhere.

Things we may change

We may update, pause or retire games, change how they work, or add new ones at any time.

No guarantees

The site and games are provided as they are, without any promise that they'll always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, BabaFox isn't responsible for any loss that comes from using them.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
